Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Socks
Place the unwashed socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest designated shipping point; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
